Short Fiction on Faith

Trinity’s unique book group primarily reads and discusses short stories whose plots, characters, and themes raise issues of faith. The stories are chosen from a variety of sources--from the Classics to contemporary fiction. The fall 2016 kick-off is “The Good Samaritan” by Isaac Asimov.

Each week, one person volunteers to research and introduce the chosen story’s author and acts as that week's discussion facilitator. Each meeting ends with a lighting of candles and Compline reading.

Please Note: New members are always welcome, but the goal is for the group not to exceed 15, as larger numbers would make meaningful discussion difficult.

The group meets every other Tuesday, from 6:30 – 8 p.m. in the Parish House during the school year.
