In fall of 2017 and winter of 2019, a Parish Profile Committee of parishioners from throughout the life of the church invited the parish into a conversation about who Trinity was, what was important to us, and what did we most want a new rector to know about us. After additional statistical research into the life and trends of the parish, analysis, and reflection, this Parish Profile was written and developed as an invitation to Episcopalian clergy to consider participation in Trinity's search for a new rector.
By January 2019, a new rector had been called -- the Rev. Morgan Allen. And this document, the 2018 Parish Profile, still serves as a vital document -- a snapshot of a moment in time while also reflecting truths and questions about our parish, and our deepest desires to better know and serve God.
