Each year Trinity Church is grateful to receive donations for holiday flowers and music to enhance our worship in the most holy seasons of Christmas and Easter. 

Flower and music donations are a beautiful way to honor friends, family, and loved ones, whether far or near, living or deceased. At Trinity it is our privilege to remember these persons in prayer and to print these dedications in the holiday service leaflets.

A donation of $50 per name is suggested. The form below provides space to indicate the name(s) of those whom your gift remembers. Please note that in general, the format for the printing of names will be first and last name, without titles, degree, or honorifics [e.g., Philips Brooks, rather than The Rt. Rev. Phillips Brooks].

Easter 2025 flower and music dedications will remain open through the end of the day on Palm Sunday, April 13, 2025, to allow time for leaflet preparation and production.
