Thank you for your interest in Children's Ministries for the 2024/2025 program year. Please register below.  Please note that even though more space is provided, in order to submit the form you only need to fill out one parent's and one child's contact info. We look forward to seeing you soon. 

Under "Important Details" you'll notice a Media Release permission. Trinity requests the right to take and use un-named photographs of your child for lawful purposes, including publicity, news reporting, and web content. Please let us know your preference.
