This Sunday, November 30, marks the beginning of Advent and the start of a new liturgical year. Advent is a holy season of wonder and preparation, a time of deep reflection and great joy. Consider the offerings below an Advent-calendar-of-sorts: behind every door, an opportunity for faithful engagement at Trinity Church. As the days shorten and evenings darken, the light of Christ shines brightly here, welcoming one and all.

Advent Wreath Making

Sun., 11/30, After All Services, Commons

During the season of Advent we mark time preparing for Christmas day. Join us and create your own Advent Wreath to take home with you as we pray the days of Advent together.

Choose Your Own Advent-ure Formation

Sundays, 12/7 & 12/14, 11:15 am

There are one million ways to be busy during December and Advent. We won’t try to stop you from the hectic—but we will invite you to choose your own adventure as we slow down for 45 minutes of creativity and connection and the bliss of doing a little something which won’t change the world, but which can change our spiritual framework for the season. Choose something discussion-based or craft-based. No experience or crafty genes necessary! Formation for Children and Youth will continue in their regular classrooms.
