Last Day to Sign Up to Volunteer for Bostonians for Youth

Volunteer for Bostonians for Youth:

All volunteers are welcome to stay for the event’s dinner and speaking program on Thurs., June 5.

• Pre-event setup (8) – Assist staff with setting up the venue before guest arrival.
• Post-event breakdown*(8) – Assist staff with collecting supplies and packing them up at the end of the night.
• Greeter (5) – Greet guests as they arrive and guide them toward the registration/reception area.
• Registration (6) – Check-in guests and provide them with their pre-created nametag.
• Photo support* (2) – Oversee our photo area and assist guests with taking pictures to commemorate the evening. If any volunteer has a personal/professional camera that they would be willing to use, that would be great!

Volunteers are asked to be present from 4:30-9:30 pm on Thurs., June 5, and may be assigned more than one role.

There will be a pre-training Zoom call for all volunteers on Monday, June 2, from 4:30 – 5 pm. The last day to sign up as a volunteer is Saturday, May 31.
