Rebecca Hughes serves as Trinity’s Youth and Young Adult Minister, working primarily with teenagers in middle school and high school as well as college students and young adults. On Sunday mornings you can find her working with volunteers for services such as Trinity’s acolytes or assisting the teachers in one of the youth and young adult formation classes.

Rebecca grew up in the suburbs of Boston and has been attending Trinity as a parishioner for her whole life. She grew up in Trinity’s Early Childhood/ Youth and Young Adult programs, served as an acolyte at Trinity, and was a member of the Diocesan Youth Council, planning diocesan wide youth retreats. Rebecca also spent summers as a camper and counselor at the Barbra C. Harris Camp and Conference Center.

Prior to working at Trinity Rebecca received her bachelor’s degree from the University of the South, Sewanee in Environment and Sustainability and served as a Sacristan. After returning from college, she served as a member of Trinity’s Twenties and Thirties Steering Committee and as a Eucharistic Minister. Since then, she has been teaching preschool. Rebecca currently lives in Sharon, MA.
