DESCRIPTION:For more than 56 years Bob has thrived on seeing your faces and sharing your stories. We are gathering well wishes in all formats. Everyone from past\, present\, far\, and wide is encouraged to participate.\n\n\nPhysical notes\, cards\, and photos of you and yours (with or without Bob in the picture): drop them off at the parish house front desk or mail them to Bob Yearwood Celebration\, Trinity Church Boston\, 206 Clarendon Street\, Boston\, MA 02116.\n\n\nDigital photos and audio/video recordings: email them to celebration@trinitychurchboston.org by Fri.\, May 22. We will stitch them together into a video for the event that Bob can revisit later. Please limit recordings to a minute or so in length.\n\n\nIf you want to do a digital photo or recording but lack technical equipment and skills\, we will have a celebration station set up from 9-9:45 am on May 3\, 10\, and 17 in room LL-A (classroom in Undercroft). Come alone or with a group to take a photo or record your message for Bob.\n\n\nIf you’re at a loss for ideas\, here are some prompts:\n\n\nIdentify yourself and tell us how long you’ve known Bob.\n\n\nTalk about a funny moment you shared with Bob.\n\n\nShow us a picture you drew of Bob.\n\n\nName what you think is Bob’s best attribute.\n\n\nShare something you learned from Bob — maybe even set it to music.\n\n\nWhat is Bob’s most famous/ well-used phrase?\n\n\nWhat do you think Bob should do with his time now?\n\n\nAnd remember\, we will have one service (also livestreamed) at 10 am on Trinity Sunday\, May 31\, with a reception to follow to honor Bob. DESCRIPTION:Join us on Tuesday and Thursday nights at 8:30 pm for Compline\, the last of the four services in the Daily Office.\nCompline is a simple office including a confession of sins\, one or more psalms\, a short reading from scripture\, versicles and responses\, the Lord’s Prayer\, collects which ask for God’s protection during the night to come\, and the canticle Nunc dimittis. A hymn for the evening may follow the short reading from scripture.
