Trinity Boston Connects

Trinity Boston Connects (TBC), formerly known as the Trinity Boston Foundation, creates safe and supportive communities that inspire Boston’s Youth of Color to find their voice and achieve their goals.

Through our five innovative programs:

  • Trinity Education for Excellence Program (TEEP)

  • Trinity Boston Counseling Center (TBCC)

  • Sole Train: Boston Runs Together

  • Organizational Equity Practice

  • Trinity @ McCormack

We provide direct services for youth who have experienced the trauma of racial and economic inequity. Our work provides these young people with the safety and trust they need to set and achieve goals, and come to see themselves as leaders.

Our staff of highly skilled, trauma-informed clinical care and teaching professionals also work with community partners (including Boston Public Schools, City Year Boston, and the Department of Youth Services) to share our approach to creating cultural change in the organizations that impact the lives of Boston’s Youth of Color.  By working on the individual and systemic levels, together we can unlock opportunity for all.

Volunteers also play a critical role in this safe and supportive community. Learn more or visit trinityconnects.org

Although TBC is separately incorporated and governed by a board that includes many people who are not members of Trinity Church Boston, it functions as an integral part of the church’s efforts to engage in God’s mission of reconciliation and healing. TBC’s programs honor and respect individuals of all faith traditions, including those with no faith tradition.
